Laura is a Development Coordinator for O’Connell Development Group that assists with projects through document preparation and tracking of items due from other resources/departments, clerical, research, using knowledge of legal, financial, real estate, construction and development business. She performs a variety of tasks such as gathering documentation from architects, contractors, property managers, coordinate and distribute construction documents, legal documents, AIA documents, change orders and correspondences and answer general requests from the development team or throughout The O’Connell Companies. In addition, Laura prepares documents for in-house council in real estate closing and assists in sale of properties, gather and prepare all due diligence materials. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies/Paralegal from Bay Path University. |
