Mr. Sullivan was elected president of O’Connell Development Group (ODG) effective January 1, 2017. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for oversight of the successful management and strategic direction of ODG and its subsidiaries. These responsibilities include real estate development, commercial property acquisitions/divestitures, property/asset management services, energy management services and New England Fertilizer Company (NEFCO).
Mr. Sullivan also to serves as President of the O’Connell Companies, Inc. Mr. Sullivan’s 38 years of industry experience provides an extensive background in financial, legal, and contractual matters. Mr. Sullivan continues to be the Managing General Partner of NEFCO.
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Holyoke, serving on its Executive and Finance committees. Mr. Sullivan is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts where he chaired its Risk Management and Bonding subcommittee. He served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee and Fund Development Committee of Sisters of Providence Health System. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Finance from Western New England College.
Mr. Klucznik serves as in-house counsel for the firm, handling general corporate legal affairs and contract matters, including those concerning the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing and project financing. Mr. Klucznik also performs sophisticated financial modeling and pro forma feasibility analysis of development projects.
Mr. Klucznik is a past member of the Planning and Zoning Commission in East Granby, Connecticut, an elected position he held from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Klucznik is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Hampden County Bar Association. He received a Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western New England College, both of Springfield, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut.
